Website and bike
The website is user friendly and the bike, well, it was a birthday gift so I thought it was a bit too pricey but I couldnt say no to it and I couldnt find a slightly cheaper one which was available and ready to order. The bike is great so far but we only got it a week ago, so, ask me again next year :)

Good deal on Garmin 530
Better price than Wiggle and the big boys. Delivery wasn’t great (Hermes) but I didn’t pay for next day either. Will use again!

Ignore the negative reviews
There are a number of negative reviews recently which I only saw after making my purchase and it did make me a bit nervous, but ultimately I believe some are unfair given the circumstances we find ourselves in.I selected a bike which was in stock so had some confidence in delivery. I bought a bike on 10 May and have received it today 19 May via DX. I believe the delay was due to DX as their website stated the order was received on 12 May on an 'Overnight' service - again, have to give DX some leeway as I suspect they are also struggling, but Winstanley might consider choosing multiple or alternative couriers to ease delivery time pressure.If I had a clearer delivery date from the outset I would have given 5 stars, but Winstanley must remember that they are ultimately responsible for the sale from website to doorstep :)
