I bought 4 roman blind cassettes and am really pleased with the quality and price. I had an issue when I came to hang my first blind because the instructions and the toggles for securing the cord didn't match. I emailed customer service yesterday and had an answer today with the solution. Excellent service even in Covid-19 lockdown. I also ordered soft blackout lining to make my blinds and I have to say it's the best blackout lining I have ever used. Lovely and soft and easy to use and didnt stretch like some.
