I recently left a review about my holiday being £300 cheaper on line. The sales team were really poor, but when I escalated this to their 'unhappy at virginholidays.com' address I received a speedy and excellent reply - an immediate refund and an apology - no fuss.The only reason I give them four and not five stars, is that this should have done immediately by their sales team rather than them saying 'we can't do anything - speak to customer services'. They are the same company but seem to have different rules in different teams. The one star review would not have happened if they empowered all of their team to put it right.

Virgin costumer service is the best so friendly

Recently went to the states with Virgin and they went over and above to ensure we had exactly the trip we wanted!

Virgin Holidays are the best I have used. But let down by there holiday trip at the resort this time, and customer service email doesn't work... wonder if that's to stop make easy complaints.

We are having a fantastic time in Orlando for our holidays. However, the gem in the holiday so far was the flight over. We had exceptional service from a fantastic team of ladies; Lyne, Tyler, Claire, Louise. We were in economy but it felt like first! They deserve commendations!

The most amazing Holiday Experience. Worth every extra penny.

Booked a holiday 10 months later they changed my hotel,no phone call just an email to say I had a change to my holiday and a new invoice.The hotel was not what we wanted.It took 5 weeks of phoning and emailing customer services before we finaly got transfered to a hotel we wanted.It depends who you get through to when you ring as to whether they want to help you or not.In the end we were happy with the out come and thank goodness we got through to a very helpful customer service assistant who sorted it out for us in a few days,other wise we would proberly still be going round in circles and getting no where.

Unfortunately our florida wedding was cancelled due to the current pandemic. We cancelled in March and it's taken a while but finally today I received my refund minus the cancellation fee. I've deducted a star because communication wasn't great and the refund took nearly 3 months to process but in light of the current circumstances I don't think it would be fair to be too harsh with my review rating. I would book with virgin again because up until everything was thrown into chaos with the pandemic, I thought virgin were fab.

Not travelled yet but the booking experience through their web site, the online/email concierge service, and the use of customer service by e-mail has been faultless.Really surprised at the number of negative reviews on here because I have spoken to a lot of friends and colleagues to research our big holiday and not one of them had a bad word to say about Virgin Holidays. Will update my review after we've been in October 2015.

OK it took months for Virgin to refund me £7000, but they said what they were going to do. After I asked for a refund, Virgin said it would take four months, I received all my money back just over three and half months later. I didn't have to make contact and everything was done automatically. I just think some people don't have any patience, this is very difficult times for the holiday industry, and a bit of understanding will help.Will definitely rebook with Virgin when things improve.
