It was easy to use the website and place the order.I was kept up to date of the delivery which arrived on time.The delivery team were friendly, polite and professional.The sofas arrived in plastic sheets which were removed and taken away after delivery.Considering the price, the sofas are manufactured to a high specification. The sofas look great. I am pleased with my purchase and the service I received. Well done.

Love my cuddle chair. It is comfy, it swivels, the fabric is very high quality and I am pleased it was made here in the UK.The two gentlemen delivered it on time and carried it up the steep stairs for me.I would order from this c0mpany again.

Having previously bought a Woburn armchair, and both Chesterfield and Consort 2 seat setees in leather we were in no doubt that the Madrid settee would prove just as satisfying as those in the past had done. Delivered in the Capri Blue Stripe it looks superb and is really comfortable. Due to the fact that our Bullmastiff likes to rest against most things we added a spare set of covers in light grey to enable washing one set replace with another. Several things stood out to us. The quality had not changed, customer service communication was still as good but most surprising was that the delivery team retained an upbeat approach even though delivery was at nearly 6 pm with a long journey back to Wales. We have had many issues with delivery within our hamlet but the two lads just got on with the job in hand, not complaining about parking at the roadside, not moaning about the distance from lorry to door, not moaning about the company and the work load they had. What better company face could you present than the delivery personnel at the customer door. A rare combination in todays market place. Well done all.Mr & Mrs N Keen

Sofa is reasonable for the price. Delivery drivers were terrible. It was going to be quite tight getting it in our front door so my wife gave them the option of leaving it in an outbuilding if it would not fit. They had a look at the front door and said it would not go in with out even trying. Essentially taking the easy option contrary to what is mentioned on your website regarding the efforts they make to do the delivery. It left my wife and I to struggle to get the sofa in the house which we did manage.....via the front door that it would apparently not fit through!
