Best in the business, snicker have been my go to for a number of years, always happy with the products

Being aware of the brand, I suspected that the gear would be excellent. After a month of daily use, I can say that neither the pants nor the vest has let me down. Every day I find more ways to get the most out of them both, making my day more productive .However, I couldn't possibly expect how outstanding the customer service would be. The pants were back-ordered, and the communication was perfect: letting me know when the shipment was expected, en route to me, and confirming when it was received and shipped. Proactive, friendly correspondences, and timely, concise replies when warranted.I'm very much looking forward to my next purchase, and expanding my Snickers work attire.

I have used snickersdirect in the past and always had good service, this occasion was slightly different but I’m not sure if this is due to the current climate and minimal staffing levels.Anyway, I ordered 2 pairs of trousers, 5 T-shirt’s and 2 hoodies and all said they were in stock on the website..... having not recieved any email correspondence after a couple of days I decided to ring to see if there was an issue. Carol was very friendly but advised that they had to order the items and there would be a 4-5 day wait for the stock before they posted it. As promised the items have all been delivered this week but two points that people should be aware of is that I was advised next time I want to order, ring to check stock levels before ordering and if I hadn’t chased this would I have had any emails/phone calls advising of the delay....... communication is they key here.

I only buy snickers from this shop. Carol has served me for years, she is great and knows her stuff. She even knows what time of year it is and what products I’ll be needing. Cracking. I won’t shop anywhere else

Excellent customer service. Carol did everything possible to resolve a minor issue which was not Snickersdirect fault. Quickly dealt with the problem and hassle free. Will definitely use this company again.

The boot's I ordered were lost in transit between manufacturers and snickers direct as this would mean waiting another ten day's they supplied a superior boot at no extra cost on a next day delivery. Snickers could not have been more helpful especially Leonie Greenwood who true to her word kept me updated.

I will never understand negative feedback from folk. Top notch company/one of the best!! I ordered a pair of trousers, wrong fit. Me thinking I could squeeze into a waist size I've never been. Needless to say it did not go well. I contacted the returns team who were fantastic and friendly. They told me of the returns procedure which I was happy to oblige. I sent them back and when received. Within the space of a day an exchange was made and my new trousers sent out, FIT A TREAT. Thank you Snickers Direct. One very happy customer and will never stop coming back!

I had to request a return on a faulty item and the customer service department, and Carol in particular, were superb in resolving the issue. I received excellent communication throughout and the issue was resolved very quickly and with no fuss. I have no problem in recommending the products and the company to colleagues
