UPDATEAll sorted by simply gym, looks like an old defunct email address was on the website. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. The gym hasn’t replied to my emails and I have messaged on Facebook for their complaints procedure to be ignored again. I really do not know what to do, no company should make you feel like you are banging your head against a wall.

Great gym, lovely staff and lots of regular classes. They have physio facilities there, too, which is a bonus and nice, clean changing rooms.

A real gym for real people!! It's got great equipment, spacious and no competiton or queuing for machines or weights. The staff are so friendly and the instructors knowledgeable and supportive. The classes are inclusive so no matter what your fitness level or ability or age, you'll be able to participate in the class fully supported and working to your ability so you feel like you're always achieving and you're always welcome. There is a real sense of community in this gym, not "cliquey" or snooty, just genuinely nice people coming together to work out together and have fun while they do it. The staff encourage this atmosphere knowing the members and encouraging them in their fitness journey, always listening and supporting to them, on a personal and professional level and always doing their best to timetable great classes to keep their family of members successful. Love it here! Simply the best x

A gym where you feel comfortable in your own skin... staff and members alike are friendly, down to earth, real people. With all of the equipment and support you need! Cleaners are always visible ensuring that the training environment is always ready! Fantastic classes, at accommodating times, with some of the best instructors in town! Free parking covering a large area so you don’t struggle to park even during peak times!

I have been a member of various local gyms over the years and this one meets the mark.The staff are always attentive and friendly. Safety is taken seriously.The classes available meet so many needs in terms of content, timing, fitness levels and social interaction. I have never yet been let down by the knowledge of staff members and the PTs on site are genuinely interested in the welfare of their clients and they contribute to the positive atmosphere throughout the gym.Congratulations!

Absolutely love simply gym Crewe. The Staff and members are wonderful. I never believed I could lift weights until I took some PT sessions with Luis with his encouragement lifting has become a real passion. The gym is friendly and social.

Great gym, cheap and fantastic facilities. Direct Debit is easy to manage and you simply stop the dd to cancel if you are not in a 12 month contract. no silly 3 month notice periods etc... Gym was staffed and they were always friendly.

Love this gym... Great Equipment and lots of everything so never having to wait around for ages for a machine. Plenty of free weights with more than one of each set of dumbbells and Barbells.. It has always been great value for money but now it’s gone 24 hours it’s even better.. Free parking as well. Staff are always super friendly and really helpful.. great range of drinks and supplements too.. Highly recommended as a great place to train

Excellent gym. I have been a member of simply gym for the past 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! the staff are very friendly especially Kim and Paula. Going the gym at 6am is never easy but it helps when you are greeted by these lovely ladies
