It actually took me numerous attempts to book the flight. I could enter all the details but before I could get to the payment section it went "whoops something went wrong - retry or try new dates"This went on for a few weeks.However, alls well that ends well and I booked my flights yesterday!!!

I made an incredibly stupid mistake

I made an incredibly stupid mistake, in completing my booking for for an 8 day trip, inputting an extra month away, i.e. 8 days becoming 36 days holiday having already booked, and paid for, the hotel in New York.Your representative, Poonam, was amazingly understanding an older man's foolish error, and sorted everything to my surprised amazement in under 10 minutes !!!!I cannot overstate my praise for your lady's assistance, and the care your company provides, after the booking has been made albeit with the customer "messing up" a simple process !!

I had a long wait to speak to someone…

I had a long wait to speak to someone today. It was particularly difficult to find how to actually speak to a real person, I have previously tried email and the telephone number none of which worked. Today after a 2 hour wait I got to speak with Rahul, He was very understanding and after explaining my personal circumstances he has applied for a refund in my behalf. It would have been so lovely if I had had Rahul at the start of this journey into seeking a refund
