Fantastic Customer Service!

I can't understand the bad reviews on here. I have received exceptional customer service from Oak City. I ordered four items of furniture on Monday, it arrived on Wednesday of same week. One item was damaged so I rang them up and a replacement was sent, which I received today Friday. I cannot praise them enough and shall thoroughly recommend them to my friends!

Sideboard

Bought a small sideboard on a Friday and it was delivered on the Monday. Excellent communication, keeping you informed all the time about when your delivery would be. Could track the delivery online and see exactly where the driver was. Furniture great - much cheaper than other more well known brands but the same quality. Highly recommend.

Recently purchased the Arklow large tv unit from Oak City. The customer service I received from start to finish was absolutely fantastic and the Goods were in perfect condition. The delivery company (Panther) were brilliant also. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Bought an industrial console table with metal edges. Looks really cool in my house. Delivery was free and very fast. Good price on the furniture compared to other shops where I was looking at similar items. Would buy again from this company.

First contactWe were unable to have a table delivered to Spain however, the woman on their help desk was extremely helpful and polite. She has arranged for the table to be delivered to their depot and we will get a courier to collect for us. Top marks.

The sideboard was just what i wanted and for half the price it would have cost me through another well known oak furniture provider. The delivery was easy to arrange and they updated me constantly to tell me what time it would arrive.

Exceptional service from this family firm. Zia delightful to deal with and very helpful re sizes. Item arrived on promised day and courier kept in regular touch as indicated. Excellent quality and reasonable price. Good to have assembled item, not that awful flat pack stuff. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered an Arklow painted 2 drawer coffee table. It was delivered for free within 48 hours. I got a text with my delivery time slot on a day that I choose with the staff when they telephoned me to book in the delivery. Pretty impressed to get a telephone call to arrange and the personal approach. Table looks lovely in my lounge. Drawers pull through both sides and instantly were filled with stuff. Seems pretty strong and sturdy. Very pleased with me purchase. Thank you Oak City.
