I ordered an Ideal Standard basin and pedestal. Excellent price. It took 2 weeks to arrive. They give you a phone call a couple of days before your delivery is due with a 2 hour slot. The driver came a bit later then was notified, but no big deal for me. The basin was delivered cracked, I notified by email and they arranged a swap, which happened two weeks later. All was well.My advice is you order at least one month in advance of your fitter coming.

I was recommended by a friend to contact Edward at Nationwide-Bathrooms, after he had helped them with their purchase. He helped us to narrow down what we were looking for, and made some good suggestions for products we would have otherwise overlooked. I have now ordered the products for our second bathroom and would definately recommend them.

We purchased high quality Silverdale bathroom furniture that was sold at a very competitive price. Ordered 3 sinks and a bath. Bath was out of stock even though said it was in stock so I cancelled. Sinks arrived quickly with no problems and a good price. Refund process could be improved, was very slow and had to chase up hence 3*.

If you have specific needs for your bathroom and want to understand how brands/products compare in terms of quality/lead-time/range etc., pick up the phone and speak to Edward at Nationwide. I very rarely take the time to review businesses I order from but Edward at Nationwide is an exception warranting a review. He is a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me make choices for 2 bathroom refits and I am so pleased with the results. Where he could not compete on price, he was still honest and open on advice. I bought many items from him and some from other suppliers. I had some returns (my fault rather than theirs) and all were dealt with smoothly. The rooms now look fantastic and I know if I had not used Edward, the result would have not been so amazing. I write this after 18 months as I have been busy. But the review is well deserved. Edward you are a star.

Would definatly recommend to anybody.prices were cheap and the quality is great. If I needed anything I was straight on the phone and the items would be there next day. Can't fault one bit. The guys at the showroom and warehouse couldn't do enough for you. 5*
