An excellent service as always. My dog was excited at the box even before the food was opened. I’ve tried many different foods from Millie’sWolfheart and my dog loves every one of them.

It's a great food, the best condition my dog has ever looked.However they know this and almost use it to their advantage in some ways, for example the trade account set up makes it very difficult for small businesses like our boarding kennels to support the food, and it was impossible for me to set up a breeder account as, although we are 'KC Assured breeders' and I feed my dog religiously on it, but apparently I feed the "wrong type" (the high fat one) so therefore we don't qualify. So I went elsewhere to another food of an equal standing who were more than happy to support us supporting them and supplied us with fabulous puppy packs, and in turn now have another 7 loyal customers. Unfortunately Millie's doesn't seem to care anymore about the small businesses and breeders trying to recommend them to people, now they've gained popularity, and it's a real shame to feel we no longer matter.
