Car dropped off following morning I crossed from Travelodge to the car park they collected my wife/cases from Travelodge dropped us at north Terminal on return they delivered inside 10 mins to the exact spot where they dropped us.Car was clean and unused extremely polite people and very very happy there No now in my phone for future reference 5*

Have used before. This time our flight was delayed due to a sandstorm in Tenerife. The team allowed us to retrieve our car, go home and come back the following day at no extra charge. Fantastic service and faultless.

Excellent service from I Love Meet and Greet at Gatwick. Consistently reliable and no waiting unlike other companies we have used. This week my car got a flat tyre shortly after drop off. No spare so a new tyre was sourced & fitted and they didn't charge me a penny. Manager met me at pick up to explain. Thank you.

Great price for a meet and greet service. Friendly drivers on departure and return, clear instructions. Only problem was I was let down on return as had to wait 25 minutes for car in the wind and rain at LGW North. In-car display showed that it was not dispatched until 15 minutes after I called from arrivals. Would give it 4 stars but the experience wasn't 'great'

We used this recently, for a week's break. We had quite a long wait at the drop-off, but very quick at pick-up. The car was in good condition at pick-up. The staff were very professional and friendly.One quibble - we booked through Holiday Extras and we were given instructions which included a postcode for the drop-off. Both the car and Google satnavs made a complete mess of this! Please ignore the postcode! I did write to the company about this and they have followed up. They will hopefully fix this problem.

Our car is always returned to us in a timely manor, and always in the condition we left it. We have used I love meet and greet at Gatwick South terminal many times and usually and in principle it's brilliant. Disappointing to return late at night recently and have to wait nearly half an hour after midnight in the cold for our car to be driven to the agreed meeting point by "Bus-stop 6" by the "special airport assistance" reception point for wheel-chair users. Two phone calls later the driver still appeared at the usual pick-up spot even though he had been told to "keep left". Clearly not at all familiar with the layout at the terminal - not terribly impressive!

I have used other meet and greet companies at Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton, and based on one usage I Love Meet and Greet is absolutely the only one I would recommend. Even though I was an hour earlier than expected for my departing flight from Gatwick North, and my return flight was delayed, their drivers turned up within ten minutes of my call both times. They were prompt, efficient and polite, and the drop off/pick up point instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great service all round.

Drop off was a little confusing - my booking was with APH Gatwick and I am expected to leave my car with I love meet and greet. Regardless, the handover went reasonably smoothly - collection the same with a five minute wait so all good. My beef is with the driver(s). I am lucky enough to drive a car with climate control and it was a cold morning when I arrived - yet everything had been switched to 'max'. Not necessary. The seat heaters - max. The radio switched to heavens knows who.... If I was performing a service in your home, would I alter the central heating? No. Would I turn your TV to another station? No. Just do what I contracted you to do - drive my car, park it and return it - thank you.
