Due to reading these reviews, I was so cautious to order but threw that caution to the wind as I do with many other things too. I placed an online order on Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday evening, I really can’t fault the service. I’m wondering whether there is a difference between ordering through the catalogue and online?

Well after reading all the online reviews I never expected to be writing a 5 star review .!! Ordered 4 items paid the £2 extra for next day delivery and what a fantastic service I received, upon ordering email confirmation straight away and a tracked delivery slot .. all 4 items arrived today on time and in perfect condition as promised.. well done house if bath .!! 5

We ordered a duvet set (William Morris) from the house of bath. Then my good lady stumbled across this review site giving house of Bath terrible reviews. At this point I almost cancelled the order but decided that I would throw caution to the wind and let the order run. Much to my delight the duvet set turned up a day early and was of a reasonable quality for the money we paid. I can only write a review based on my experience and not having any issues with the order or delivery. There for I gave five stars as I honestly could not expect anything better in terms of service and quality for the price.

Ok, so I never write reviews. However, I placed my order before reading reviews on here. After reading the reviews, of course I was mortified that I’d spent my money and wasn’t sure if I’d get the item or even the right one?! I placed my order on Saturday, it was dispatched by Monday and received when I arrived home from work on Wednesday. The correct item, in less time than anticipated and much better quality than I’d ever thought.A bee door knocker in brass, down to £10 and free delivery with the offer! So thank you House of Bath, I will certainly order with you again.I’d give more than 5* if I could!!

I have been a customer for years and have never had any problems. Prompt delivery and good products. The one time I needed to contact them a very helpful lady sorted out my query. (The delivery company said I had signed for a parcel that they had made no attempt to deliver. It arrived a few days later)

I have been ordering from House of Bath for years - good products, sometimes cheaper elsewhere but never a problem with deliveries, BUT taking off at least a star for customer service which I used for the first time. I would give one star for customer service.I got an email offer of free delivery, ordered an item, forgot to add the code and phone customer services right away to get it put on. The advisor said I had 3 accounts with them !?? and no record of the order or the offer code. I sent an email asking for the code to be added. By the time I got a reply, the item had arrived. I was asked for details of the code, my customer number, name and full address. As they had my email, I don't see why they did not have the rest of the info. Cound not find my customer no. on the websit but sent the rest of the details but was unable to forward a legible copy of the email. Advisor could not trace offer code! I got another email today, asking for my name????It is not worth this for a £4.95 refund and know in future to only order from House of Bath if I am very sure I put in any offer codes and know that I will be happy with what I am ordering. Customer services do not actually seem to be with House of Bath and I would guess its a call centre with very little information.

I was quite concerned when I read some of the negative reviews for this company but my experience was absolutely great. Placed my order on Sun 30th and it arrived at the Parcelshop I requested today 4 days later! I was kept fully informed of the progress of my delivery throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend House of Bath

I have always found House of Bath to be a helpful company and easy to deal with. With regard to delivery of anything I have ordered I have always been kept informed with delivery details and have found delivery to be prompt.

I have to give credit where is due, as people dont leave good reviews unless a company offers to put them in a draw to win somthing. I wsd really worried after reading the reviews on trustpilot when I purchased a table from house of bath. Estimated delivery was 7 days I placed an order on Thursday morning was unsure if I would be at work when It was getting delivered so opted for click and collect at my local shop. I received a text this morning to inform me that my item had been delivered! Picked it up with no problems with my pin, table is lovely and I would definitely use this company again, Thank you!

To be honest I was a bit nervous when ordering from House of Bath given other reviews but in my experience they have been nothing but efficient and customer focused. My order was delivered promptly and communicated when to expect it. I will in future have no hesitation in reordering again and would happily recommend them. House of Bath - thanks for a great service

Ordered a three step folding ladder. This is made of lightweight aluminium alloy, and folds, as claimed, into a small space. The design is first class, it is easy to fold, strong and sturdy, and not heavy to lift about. I do not regret purchasing this ladder from House of Bath.

My favourite place for my Egyptian cotton sheets 600 thread. So good I've purchased 4 lots of flat sheets and 4 lots of fitted sheets £39.95p each luxury 5* star hotel standard. Beautiful to sleep on or in. Must have spent thousands in their catalogue most of it his good quality. Also 2 luxury satin silk pillow cases £79.90 absolutely gorgeous! Love the blue king size downy blanket also available in cream and pink. It's a cross between a duvet and a blanket £59.95p. House of bath bedding is highly recommended!

Terrible communications and a complete rip-off customer help line telephone number.My initial review was 1 star. After receiving my order, they had rectified my initial order, along with the costs. I didn't receive an email to inform me of their rectification, it stated it on the bill which came with the item.I have since edited this review as I feel it is only fair that they deserve the new one. The delivery was quick and the item which I ordered is great.I realise that you're a big concern but it is really necessary to stay in touch with your customers which I feel on this occasion, you didn't. If you had of done, this review would be much different and have 5 stars.

I bought a footstool on 21st November by standard delivery. It arrived 23rd November, and was exactly as described, and good value. I am pleased with my purchase, and my experience was completely different than some of the below comments.
