No issues. Worked as it should.

My 4th review...at last .i was able to get through to a store and the lady searched for my order that i was waiting on from 28th march with no contact...was able to go and pick up my items from store..staff wer lovely .id suggest contacting a local store as you wld b quicker goin and getting your items

I would just like to say what a great job homebase in haringey have done! Top class service plus I felt safe in the store, best setup I have seen ! Staff so hopefull in this time we are in... well done to the team.

Good assistance in store but unfortunately had to buy on line as item wasn’t in stock. Delivery guys were excellent. Very happy with product and service.

I was so glad to find your Biggleswade store back open last Sunday. You where all very organised and made me feel safe in these troubled times. Everyone was following Social distancing. the staff seemed happy to be working and where all busy and helpful. A shame your so low on cuprinol. But was all explained by the manager on duty an older gentleman. The shop is also looking the tidiest I’ve seen it in years. I will be back. Thank you for being there.

Hi after waiting for a long time for a Homebase delivery I left a post on facebook.This was noticed by the Bangor NI store manager Colin McLaughlin who asked for my order no and then telephoned me.He explained the circumstances to me and then rang again a few days later to say he had managed to get my order. As I am self isolating and can’t go shopping he delivered my order personally after work.I would just like to congratulate him on his wonderful customer service and friendly manner, especially as he was so busy as the store was reopening that day. I felt he went beyond the call of duty and I really appreciate it.He is a credit to your company.RegardsCarol Bell

Just arrived home after visiting Homebase at Riverside, Northampton. Absolutely brilliant, so well organised. Only 20 people allowed in the store at any one time so felt extremely safe. Manager himself was sanitising each and every trolley entering the store. Very short wait to check out, and that was well organised. The lad outside organising the queue was spot on as well, deserves credit. I for one will continue to support this branch, well done to all today.

Chatham and Sittingbourne review Reason I’m giving half stars.... I went to Chatham today and they have sanitiser spreader round store but didn’t use it as in spray bottles. We thought it was for trolleys. Wasn’t til I used It on way out and apologised to woman cos couldn’t find it she then told me I could use it...As for where to stand everyone has no clue all left to own devices. No one at door. Poor service I went straight to Sittingbourne after which I go there all the time. And everytime they do the same procedure they are at door they make sure you sanitise hands they give you a sanitised trolley, they then tell you what way to go and have a go if you stand in wrong box or go wrong way. (I made that mistake by not looking at floor) they are their at tills tell you to stand in boxes. They keep hands sanitised....I don’t leave reviews but must say excellent customer service in Sittingbourne and doing great in COVID 19 Plus they were always good before this covid 19 make me and my dogS milo and Meka welcome. Smooth ordering process and delivery. The picture looked slightly different in colour regardless the laminate is gorgeous. Happy with my order.
