A star at work.

I only have the highest praise for the young lady (Jackie) who completed my parking change for my September holiday. It was not the easiest, being complicated by an out-of-date card, and some keyboard shortcomings, but she was so patient and nursed me through the minefield without making me feel in any way to blame. Full marks to Jackie!!

Michelle was really efficient and had a great customer service attitude. I replied to her initial email and she rang me back, sorted out rebooking using a voucher and received confirmation straight away. Good job! Particularly in these difficult times. I really appreciated that assistance.

Quick hassle free

Issued a voucher for the full amount of my transfers with a 3 year validity. Quick efficient service. 4 stars because a cash refund was not an option. But will hopefully get to use the voucher when covid is over

Holiday Extras Excellent Service

Very good response following cancellation of our room at this hotel close to Edinburgh Airport given the flight next day was cancelled by Ryanair. Holiday Extras gave us a voucher, which we are happy with. However, Ryanair the exact opposite, trying every trick in the book not to provide passengers with refunds. Whilst we'd use Holiday Extras again, we'll NEVER fly with Ryanair again ever. We'd rather pay double for flights!!
