Hi, I too thought I may be getting scammed but when I looked back at the reviews I realised that they were highly rated before the Covid19 virus really impacted. I checked with the delivery hubs using the tracking facilities and their responses assured me that they were waiting on a delivery for me so a few days later and it has arrived - big bad if decorative bark. So I'm giving them a 4 because in spite of the impact the virus had had they have come through, a few weeks overdue and yes, comms was negligeable but that is due I believe to the virus. So stick with them and they do come through - well they have for me in the end!

Received delivery on due date and early enough to complete the task of spreading 4 tons of pebble gravel. Very nice when washed down with hosepipe perfect for purpose. Driver Jamie very helpful polite professional. Will use again.

Well we ordered 50 bags of gravel on 20/04. Delivery was finally made on 12/05 after requesting 28/04 when given the option.The problem with the whole service provided was the lack of any type of communication from the company throughout the process. Like so many we received numerous automated messages that told us incorrect information but eventually Jess got back to us with some factual and helpful updates and shortly after we received our order although no communication of arrival date was received before the order turned up at 0900.Gravel was good quality and driver very helpful.We chose Gravel Master as the trust pilot reviews at the time of ordering were so good and 5 stars, I think they have let themselves down and done some damage to their reputation with the service they have provided in the last month - 6 weeks. Would we use them again... Maybe when things are back to normal they would be worth a try.Try to be as patient as possible and you will receive your order, dont try if you are working to a timescale...

Easy to order, best price and good quality soil load delivered in a huge bag. Can't fault it at all and definitely recommend for top soil.

Definitely recommend. I have ordered another bag of gravel from them as they were the only ones that had the type of gravel I needed in stock. Even in these difficult times they kept me informed of my delivery and the problems they were experiencing that caused delays.

Excellent service from Gravelmaster. The ability to order products from their website was easy. The time they gave me over the phone to understand whether it would be possible to arrange delivery was superb. And all of that was capped off by a friendly and helpful delivery person. Definitely my go-to place for gardening from now on.

I ordered 3 bags of the ProBlend Premier Gold Topsoil, overall a good quality soil for new turf although I found a few stones and one large one the size of a fist which must have found its way in the bag after the screening process. Im however not convinced about the about the "water absorbing hydrogels" there was no evidence of anything of the sort and just looked like normal topsoil to me
