First time ordering from this company as I wanted to try new hobbies since being furloughed due to coronavirus. Very impressed, delivery arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Will definitely use them again and have no hesitations in recommending them. Thank you candle shack

I was a bit concerned given other reviews., however as this company is local to me I thought I'd give them a try as there is a free collection service. So far ive been impressed. Tins reasonable priced and well packed. Fragrance smells nice and concentrated but not tried yet. Got a sample size of kerasoy container wax but not tried yet..looks very like kerasoy pillar blend so will do a wee comparison test. Overall.... so far so good

Very good service from candle-shack. There's only been a couple of orders that have gone haywire, however these were soon rectified with great customer service. The prices are more expensive compared to other distributors, you get what you pay for though. High quality products and fragrance oils! Candle-shack always seem to be more innovative and offer more variety in their products too, so will definitely be sticking with them for the future!The £6 delivery fee is about standard, especially given the size of the boxes which usually get delivered to me! I would definitely recommend candle-shack for all your candle needs. They also offer so much advice and support, and genuinely want you/your business to succeed, rather than just take your money and leave you to it.

These are the only candle scents I have found that actually work really nicely with a great scent throw. Soy wax tends to suck up scent quite a bit so it was a MASSIVE relief when i found candle shack! The prices can be a bit steep, however, and it's annoying it's usually at least 3 pounds for a sample. A scratch and sniff would be a great idea...The standard delivery charge of 6 quid is expensive too. Having said all that, the smells are delicious, the customer service is great and generally, i'm really happy to stick with them.
