Good company, efficient confirmation of order and very quick delivery

Good products at very reasonable prices with what appears to be a decent aftercare service.

The delivery was prompt and the site was easy to navigate. The lights were what I wanted apart from the fact that I had not appreciated that there is no lens over the LED's and so I am concerned that the LED's will be damaged by the light fittings as some of the bulbs are held in by spring clips.

I wanted some rope lights for the kitchen and found exactly what I needed at Bright Lightz - the right length at a great price (I'd done my homework and they were very competitively priced) and delivered within 3 days. Can't fault the company at all. I will be back for more goodies at some point!

This about the 4th time I have ordered LED tape from Bright Lightz. Items have always arrived on time and emails have kept me informed of order status. My last order I messed up, sent an email explaining my error and received one back within hours confirming that they had amended my order, can't complain about speed of service. Over the years I have bought LED tape from several suppliers and have learnt to my cost that buying the really cheap stuff is penny wise pound foolish!! The SMD's break down after about 2-3 months use. So far the Bright Lightz LED tape seems to be of a far better quality than the other rubbish that is around. I will be using their tape again.
