I was totally impressed with the quality of the dress and skirt I bought and their customer service was fantastic. I needed an exchange and they offered the same discount and free delivery, couldn't ask for more, thank you Boden! Such great service means I'll order again anytime from them.

Fantastic customer service. Order was taking a long time to arrive and I was about to go on holidays. Called customer service, spoke with a very helpful lady who arranged a ‘next day delivery’ replacement so I could still have the item on time.

It amazes me how Boden, as an online store, is unwilling to do free returns. It would be great, if you could offer free returns for your Australian customers. Also, being petite, I find the sizing is still too big.

Nice clothes but quite expensive

Excellent service ,well made ,beautiful , bright cheery clothing, offering a variety of sizes for tall or petite people.and regular discounts. Never has an issue with returns.As with many companies ATM delivery may be a bit longer, but the wait is worth it.A little cheer in all the chaos ,doing their bit for the NHS as well.Thanks Jonny and your team

One of the best customer service companies out there.You actually speak to people and fast product delivery. In over 10 years of using them I've only had one issue with an incorrect order. All refunds returns are delt with quickly. I don't worry with them at all. Totally trying to make it a customer centred experience. Great stuff. Keep it up.

Was knocked out by their customer service. An item was supposed to be delivered by Hermes within three or four days. I received prompt Bowden email, saying Hermes had it. Another prompt email from Hermes saying they were passing it on to my local depot. An email from the local depot saying it would be delivered shortly, then total silence for a week. No way of contacting Hermes. So I emailed Boden, expecting them to give Hermes a rocket, but no they replied saying my money had been refunded and that, as they’re not doing exchanges at the moment I would need to repurchase the item. They would honour my discount. I rang to do this as it looked a bit complicated to do it online and I got even more discount along with profuse apologies ( not even Boden’s fault) and the staff member insisted on sending it by first class Royal Mail without charge. It arrived the very next day. Impressive stuff, Boden!
