First time of ordering anything like this over the web and it couldn't have been simpler. Very easy to follow all the instructions and i'm glad I followed them because I missed one very easy item out. I forgot about the tiles half way down the recess which would have meant ordering a blind too wide. They're there to use so why not? As soon as I put the order in, I was contacted within 15 minutes by telephone and I'd still made a mistake which the customer service lady noticed straight away and altered it. This was immediately confirmed to me by return email. The blinds (faux wooden) came over to Guernsey within 9 days. What a fantastic service especially being overseas! Very easy to put up (once you've read the instructions) and wow, absolutely brilliant. We've been without anything on 5 windows for years and after putting these up I can't believe it took me so long. There were 2 very slight faults on the top pelmet, blind covers and this was rectified in 4 days, replacements being sent. Overall, a phenomenal service, product and price and I have 2 other family members sorting out their windows covers as I write this. Despite reading other reviews, I cannot recommend this company enough and am 100% in praise of them.

Good blinds. No issues, easy to fit & quiet in operation. Only in place for a couple of weeks so durability to be determined but so far no reason to expect problems.

Excellent, great product.arrived quickly, fitted easily although the very long one took two of us as they are pretty heavy! They are robust, smart and the colour was an exact match. Easy fittings, they did clip into place pretty easily. The cost was the best thing, made to measure blinds from a famous company who name begins with H were three times more albeit measured and fitted. Have already recommended to friends and will buy again when we have the extension built.

I recently purchased 5 Perfect Fit blinds. I had a question about one of the dimensions and left an answerphone message for someone to call me back as the company had closed for the day. Maria called me back within a few minutes when she should have already left for the day and promised to call back the following morning, which she did. I placed the order and as promised they arrived within 5 working days and throughout I was kept informed of the progress including a phone call confirming delivery to be made on the day. This was the first time I've bought from Blinds4UK having previously purchased from other online blind suppliers and if I could give 6 stars I would.
