This company should look into investigating the opportunity in providing such as service. The customer service in general is quite slow but you get there in the end. The website seems old fashioned for the current times that images should be shown 360 degrees angles and in close up detail.

I would really recommend this company. Everyone on the customer service team went above and beyond for our order which was a rushed one and all was delivered in perfect condition and on time. They even part-shipped the items that didn't get to them soon enough to be customised so we had the essentials on hand in advance and offered to ship directly to the venue. Having used other companies before for uniforms, these guys were brilliant with sending proofs, giving updates on shipping and actually being available over the phone to talk to about any issues. Very grateful for 5-star customer service and excellent product quality. Will definitely use again!

I have had an issue with a pair of Wellington boots that have leaked. Called and spoke to Amy in customer services who has sorted my problem out in a most proffesional and superb manner. First class service.

Accidently ordered the wrong size boots, after using Google to find what size I thought I need (Google were two sizes out), returning them for the correct size, could not have been any easier and they had the correct size to me quickly. A UK based company that is a pleasure to do bussiness with.

Ordered some caps for use at a Christian camp. What arrived was the right colour but wrong size howeverThey supply a return label with the order and a simple phone call and I had the correct items before we had managed to get the wrong ones to the post office.Excellent service and for the items ordered a couple of pounds per unit less than Amazon.

The market is awash with corporate workwear guys that will embroider your latest corporate gear. BUT, these guys are the real deal. Well priced, nothing is a problem, extremely responsive personal service that doesn't keep you wanting. They want to get it right. I cant recommend them enough. I ordered one item, a Carhartt cap, the money shot straight out of my PayPal account, then...nothing. When I looked at the site the next day...it had disappeared! The entire site! 502 BAD GATEWAY it said. As it was only a single small item I decided to write it off...but the site reappeared after a few days. The order confirmation email turned up six days later, followed by the cap, which was all correct. A peculiar experience.
