Great company, have ordered from Beautyflash since the beginning when the company formed. Best place for Dermalogica products with fab gifts, wouldn't order from anyone else especially since they're authorised stockists. Delivery is always great too, fast and efficient.

I placed 2 orders with Beauty Flash within minutes of each other. The prices were excellent for the products that I needed and the website was very easy to navigate. I then came across this review site and started to get worried about whether my orders would get fulfilled based on some of the reviews I read, especially as some of the products I had ordered were now showing as out of stock.I was further worried when I only received a despatch notice for one of my orders. I tried to call Beauty Flash over the weekend but could not get hold of anyone as the customer service line is closed on a weekend. I decided to wait until Monday to see if both my orders would be delivered.Both my orders were delivered in full, including the promotional items I received as gifts as part of my order. The products were well packaged and delivery was very quick from placing my order to receiving them. I subsequently placed another order with Beauty Flash a few days later and again, extremely prompt delivery of my products.I would not hesitate to order from Beauty Flash again. The prices are excellent and the service is very good in my experience. It would be useful if despatch information was made available on your account so that you can check the status of your order any time (especially as customer services is not available on a weekend) but this is a minor point. As long as I receive my products undamaged and my order is fulfilled completely, that is the important thing.Orders can sometimes go wrong (and people more often relate bad experiences than good). I don't often publish reviews as I don't have the time but I was impressed enough by the service and the prices to write a review. I've had 3 deliveries in the space of a week and I've not had any issues.
