I purchased a battery from batterymegastore (bums) through PayPal on 16 April 20, and PayPal messed it up, they didn’t send the money through to bums so I didn’t receive the battery. It took 2 days for PayPal to tell me this! I spoke to Will at bums and after 2 days of emails between Will, myself and PayPal it was eventually sorted.I could not have done this without the help of Will he was very patient, understanding and caring about my situation. I fell Will went over and about his duty to solve this problem and I am truly grateful for all his help.I reordered the battery through Will yesterday and I am happy to report that it is now in my possession Thank you once again Will for everything.When I go outside tonight at 8 pm to applauded the NHS and key workers I will also be applauding Will! Ordered yuasa rec 26-12 12v battery to replace powakaddy battery that was starting to fail. Delivery was very fast & good customer service. Ive now used battery twice & has excellent power on a very hilly course. I would say it would manage 27 holes & probably 36 holes on a flat course. I recommend the company & the yuasa battery

Great service. This was the second car battery I have bought from them for my 2.0 litre TDi Passat. The service in 2013 was great and has not changed. Bought the same Varta battery, the old one having suddenly "dropped off the cliff" after nearly 6 years. Ordered battery at about 16.10 hrs on a Thursday.
