Great experience with these guys.I've been a member for about 7 years and never needed to call them out, until earlier this week!The engineer got to me in about 45 minutes and was a top bloke, really helpful and cheerful made me feel a bit better about my predicament. I also got a call about an hour after my initial call checking up on me to see if I was still waiting and if I was alright.Really impressed with the service and will renew with them when my existing membership comes up an end.

Had to call them after only a few days of taking out cover. Gear linkage on vivaro van. Chap from Victoria Recovery new exactly what to do to get us back on the road.Only down side was we had to wait a couple of hours but it was a sunny busy saturday. The staff at the call centre kept us informed, sorted out our location and were helpful.Good price for assistance including recovery if we had needed it.

I called Auto Aid due to a flat tyre, the guy on the phone was lovely and a recovery van was with me within half an hour. Brilliant service

Could not praise them enough. I felt extremely vulnerable on the side of a motorway late at night but they went out of their way to ensure my safety and prompt recovery. They phoned every 10 minutes for an update. Absolutely brilliant.

I have had breakdown cover for a number of years with different companies without ever having utilised their services. Tired of paying a premium to the bigger names, I read reviews of Autoaid and decided to go with them as they were cheaper and the reviews were positive. As luck would have it, my first breakdown ever occured whilst I was covered by Autoaid. Absolutely seamless process. The recovery vehicle came promptly, took my vehicle to the mechanic of my choice (was at night,) and even gave me a drop to a bus stop near by. Its time for my renewal now, and without a second thought, going to engage their services again.Have been happy to reccomend to friends and family as service has been tried and tested!

Today was the day I needed a recovery truck, it's this time when you find out just how good these things are.I called Autoaid, was on the phone approx 10 minutes, they arranged recovery and within about an hour the local recovery truck was with me.I was picked up by a company called E and S Motors, nice bloke, very friendly and couldnt fault at all.Took me to where I needed to go. I will continue to renew every year with Autoaid and hope I never have to use them again but can rest in the fact that when I needed them they were there for me.

Took out AutoAid a few days ago, had my car refuse to start today at home. Called AutoAid and a local mechanic came out within a reasonable time to fix the issue. Great value for annual insurance and can't complain!

First time I have used Auto aid for breakdown. Call was handled professionally and quickly. Details were very clear.Howard Sales came out to see to car. Was here within 45 mins. Text received straight after phone call advising who was coming out and what time.Howard Sales was fantastic, checked car over, managed to start it, followed me to garage and went the extra mile to bring us home again after leaving the car. Was informative, professional, punctual. Excellent service on both accounts.

Great service, I’ve used rac in the past through my bank package account and this was a lot cheaper all in all but just as good. After breaking down I had 3 or 4 calls to check I was ok. The recovery van arrived about an hour or so from first call in rush hour traffic. He towed my car to my nearest garage.
