Bike arrived quickly considering the circumstances,

Winstanleys were the only bike shop I could find online that had the bike I wanted in stock. The bike arrived within 2 days and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Great website, great discounts and bike got delivered in no time despite of covid-19. Recommended 100%

Ridgeback voyage 2019. Arrived in perfect nick within the 2-3 days quoted. Gears pre-setup accurately; had to attach handlebars and front wheel+mudguard, plus fit and adjust brakes/cables. Minor point: the brakes maybe needed more printed instruction - worked it out for myself though.

Well done winstanley bikes. Considering there seems to be a shortage of bikes in my size across the country at the moment I was very impressed with the speedy delivery at the other end of the country of my raleigh strada trail 2. Thankyou would recommend.

Maybe I should have given you 5.Some of the reviews had me worried when I read them after placing order and the packaging was slightly damaged but contents were ok so overall great.

There are a number of negative reviews recently which I only saw after making my purchase and it did make me a bit nervous, but ultimately I believe some are unfair given the circumstances we find ourselves in.I selected a bike which was in stock so had some confidence in delivery. I bought a bike on 10 May and have received it today 19 May via DX. I believe the delay was due to DX as their website stated the order was received on 12 May on an 'Overnight' service - again, have to give DX some leeway as I suspect they are also struggling, but Winstanley might consider choosing multiple or alternative couriers to ease delivery time pressure.If I had a clearer delivery date from the outset I would have given 5 stars, but Winstanley must remember that they are ultimately responsible for the sale from website to doorstep :)

Delivery was pretty quick despite the challenging times we are living. The bike is not too heavy and looks good quality.

Service was prompt and efficient and my bike arrived in less than a week, which is amazing given the current climate - THANK YOU!What was a little frustrating was that I had to put the bike together, which took me nearly 3 hours. Was it not possible to send it fully assembled?
