Absolutely brilliant service. Had to arrange a quick in-person pickup and everyone went above and beyond to make sure it could happen swiftly - even had help carrying the leaflets out to the car!Leaflets are great quality, price was excellent and the service much better than I expected.Overall 5 stars, very happy.

I'm training for a Marathon and wanted a little daily inspiration to give me a little push when my aching injured limbs were saying no more and I wanted to stay in bed. Ordered x2 A0 posters with images of the start line and finish line. I submitted x2 images for printing and received a phone call informing me the images were not of sufficient quality to be blown up. After submitting new better quality images I received an email informing me of my delivery time which was a matter of days. I paid a little over £23.00 for both posters including delivery which was the most competitive I could find. Great service!! apart from clearly stating minimum picture quality perimeters when ordering posters and downloading images initially I cannot think of how the service could have been bettered. I did read the reviews on here before I ordered and was slightly apprehensive, my apprehension was not warranted. Many thanks just the ticket

We ordered some party invitations from this firm.My daughter created the artwork and I uploaded it to their site. When ordered 100 A5 invitations on 150g card. But when we received the proofs, we realised that this was too big and the card was too thin. We called the company and sent us a new A6 proof and a samples of all their card weights. Their manager went the extra mile in spending time on the phone talking through our changes. They did not charge us any extra for the second proof, despite having incurred extra costs because of our mistake. When we changed our order size to A6, they even refunded the difference in price. Their service representative went the extra mile explaining our different options to us over the phone.The printed invitations arrived today, a perfect reproduction at an unbeatable price. First time to try Stressfreeprint and it did not disappoint! Was happy to find a place where I can upload my own design easily and create multiple pages for my wedding order of service. Customer service was very responsive and I love how they are always quick to send a printed proof upon request. However, I realised that some elements like the lamination won't be visible yet in the proof. Seems like the printed proof is only for print viewing purposes and not for the 'whole feel' of the product you are ordering. Pleased with the quality of my product. Better than what I expected. Would have been better though if they have more varied types of paper available like linen, shimmery, etc for more creative projects. Would have rated 5 but a few of my booklets arrived bent and smeared with some black ink which I think were due to careless packing.

We got our wedding invites from here and the communication and print time were amazing. Not to mention that it was incredibly cheap when you want to use your own artwork (I have no idea how much they charge for that to be fair!). The recycled brown paper is lovely and the recycled packaging was a nice touch too, would highly recommend! (Copied and pasted this from my other review)

Ordered some DVD cover prints, absolutely great service. I was called up over some concerns about the file, sent me a free proof copy and then organised the delivery for the next day when I approved the design. Product quality was brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

The title says it all, what more could you want! Would recommend and use again. I have tried a few different online printing services and have been happiest with the results from StressFreePrint.
