I've used SW twice in the last week, on both occasions the delivery of the products once ordered was excellent - fast despatch, 1 days notice of delivery with the option to change or divert to a neighbour and then on the day a 1 hour delivery slot was advised and on both occasions it was kept to.I needed some advice about the compatibility of the replacement siren box I was thinking of getting, with my alarm system, SW (Beki) went back to the manufacturer to get the information needed and responded quickly. If only all web based commerce was as good as this!You are probably thinking I work for SW and the review is not genuine, it is genuine - I'm not easily impressed but SW have done it.

I'm not usually one to write reviews however i feel i must.Whilst i wasn't initially that impressed with the delivery timescale (they do say it takes 4-5 days to ship goods) - which to me probably means they are simply taking the order from you, ordering the goods on their supplier - waiting for it to be delivered and then sending to you. From my point of view these guys had the cheapest price on the net so i was happy to wait - That said, it only actually took them 2 days. (Placed order late on Friday - They delivered Wednesday)..Following on from the order i had 2 products which were delivered damaged - which then had to be replaced multiple times.. When this happened they had the goods in stock and delivered and collected next day!? Not sure how they did this but was great.Amy in customer service is brilliant and always easy to communicate on chat. I'll use them again for sure..Would be nice to have some additional delivery options but you do know you get awesome service with DPD.

Have used SecurityWarehouse about 4 times now and had a small niggle with one of the other orders in the past but most recent order was waiting a few days then told items were out of stock and had to order a different kit my customer was not happy as I had to put job back, but I know these things can happen.

I'm delighted to say, whenever I need security equipment and itemsSecurity Warehouse is my first and only port of call, great service..

The Security Warehouse team was great merging 3 orders and allowing me to use my own courier to pick up my order.

They did exactly as they said they would and the timing was spot on. I would use them again.

Absolutely first rate after-sales customer service. I had a warranty failure, and the way it was dealt with was excellent - their communication all the way through was faultless, and they swiftly arranged a swap. They even phoned me when the replacement was going to be delayed by 24 hours to let me know, and to check whether the following day would be a problem, or if I needed to change where the swap was going to be done. Can't praise them highly enough - and the prices I had paid were also extremely competitive. I will return to this shop without hesitation.

I had a small problem with an alarm panel that I purchased from Security Warehouse.They very efficiently organised a complete swap including the delivery.I would not hesitate to recommend them to any alarm installer.

Good prices, never had any issues and have done 15+ orders for a fair quantity of parts.Their sites a bit dated but who cares they have a good range at good prices.

Easy to deal with, do what they say and great prices. Kind of doesn't get any better?!
