first timeusing online system to get my glasses. Customer care was brilliant. As I wear varifocal lenses, it was explained to me that correct pupillary distance need to be accurate to ensure lenses are correct. Johnny in customer service was brilliant in explaining and teaching me how to get a accurate measurement and picture.I love my glasses - only downside was there were not enough different colour frames to choose from, but given the circumstances with the pandemic and imports not easily accessible, my new pair is ok.I must also mention that the time turn around was also brilliant. I received my glasses a lot earlier than expected.
