Excellent service so far, have had 2 deliveries so far with all my items, everything has been really high quality (apart from one item that I've been directly in contact with the supplier about). I find the website really easy to use and I love the variety.As well as being incredibly helpful in reducing the amount of times I have to go out, I love their approach to sustainability and the environment. Feels good to have significantly reduced the amount of plastic we use.I intended to keep using the service even once it's safer to go back to the shops/we can get mainstream supermarket deliveries again.

We have always had our milk etc delivered despite it being more expensive. Our milkman, Craig, is superb. Well done and try to keep well.

First time using this service, easy website to navigate and to order products! Free delivery is always nice. Only negative, you would gain a lot more custom if you added more standard products, very upper class aimed at products.

Hero’s of today, but curious, as to how you sustain social distance, as it can take 6 weeks to train new delivery driver, as they need to be shown each call, where to leave the milk, as you have to main social distancing, which is near impossible in same vehicle, do you run two vehicles while the new delivery driver is learning the round. I only ask as my better half has been identified as highly vulnerable. As the virus can live on some solid objects for 72 hours. Just want to be reassured. Thanks.

Great to have a reliable milkman delivering to our doorstep.In the current lockdown this has been very useful and saves us having to visit the shops multiple times per week for essentials.

My lifesaver. I'm 80 and raising my autistic grandson. The saving to the environment is great. They were inundated at the beginning of lockdown but coped admirably. Many thanks to my local milkman who works hard through this crisis. The range of other goods is great as is their quality. I hope new customers will continue to support this company and forget supermarket milk in plastic bottles.I was amazed to see the criticisms of the website. It's simple to understand and easy to use. My refunds appear almost immediately. This company were flooded by would be customers in crisis conditions and their website....like numerous others...had to cope with abnormally heavy usage. Some people want everything at the snap of a finger. I cannot fault them on any aspect of their service. I shall remain loyal to them always.

My milk is always delivered before I get up in the morning, even when I get emails saying it might be late. Fantastic range of products to chose from on offer, am so glad I made the change to have my milk delivered! I’ve been using this service for around a year & it’s great

I gave a 2 star review when my first box of fruit and veg was delivered two weeks ago as I was really unhappy with it. The one I was delivered this morning, however, was what I had been hoping for, thank you.

Milk and More have provided me with an excellent service for several years now. The addition of many local excellent - and organic products is very welcome as is the attention to re-cyclable packaging and reducing waste and plastic use.Thank you to my milkman for delivering regularly and silently at 3.30am! and continung to do so during the covid 19 outbreak.

I am very happy to have a milkman and all the extras you offer. Please do not delete the yoghurt from Belguim. We like it and the products from England too. Belguim is near enough to be sustainable to transport the yoghurt and is only our cousins across the sea we have traded with for thousands of years

I have used Milk and More for a few years and have been very pleased with my items and delivery.However, this morning having received a box of mixed fruit and vegetables I found a rather large cockroach/beetle alive amongst the items!!So please check produce carefully before you put away.Scary!

Lee is our milkman. We have never met... for this I am grateful as it means the milk always arrives while I am sleeping. We have been getting milk (and other bits on occasion) for over six months now and the service has been brilliant. Thank you Lee for all your have done especially due lockdown. I hope you are keeping well.

The products are good and the service from the milkman is great. It's only been letdown by its backroom stuff and product availability. The website has not been built well and struggles with many users on it.Many of my orders failed to materialise, my freebies never turned up and the payment system is very clunky.It's good but the website and order system needs a compete overall.Also the lack of a live chat is a shame as the phone lines are busy if u need to chase up a missing but paid for order.A big thanks to the milkman during these covid times. I order extra for my elderly neighbours and they are all thrilled they can get their goods with ease and safely. 2 of them have asked me to continue this forever and have asked I teach them how to use a tablet so they can do it themselves.I would like to see some better value options for some items and wish they would ditch some of the less important ones.
