Brilliant company and brilliant heaters.Replaced storage heaters with the RC Wave radiators and have not looked back. AND, it makes a change to get some decent customers service online for once! Thank you

Was initially hesitant about buying as I wasn't sure what exactly I'd need. After speaking to someone over the phone (Billy I think), he told me what size it would need to be to heat my new conservatory. It turned up within no time and now I just have to say how impressed I am by the quality. Everything feels very solid and I don't think I've had a heater before that has worked so well. Success!

Bought 3 rads and a towel rail add part of home renovations last summer. Now in the depths of winter, very happy with the products. Customer service was excellent throughout as well, as we had to exchange 1 item.

Radiator was delivered as described.. Been fitted now for 6 weeks and gives a brilliant heat output. Although having an electric radiator in my home was not the first choice VS a standard central heating system, these radiators are very easy to use, take no maintenance and provide a pretty efficient performance. Would use again.

These radiators are super warm and heat up the space well. Not sure how thermostat works as usually we turn it down manually. Stylish and easy to install. Booklet quite hard to understand, so give yourself time to read and digest it!

My cottage in North Norfolk has no gas, and nor do we have space for an oil tank. Therefore the Haverland Smartwave wi-fi controlled electric radiators were an obvious choice for me. I now have six radiators, all controllable through the Haverland app. They are very easy to program when I'm not there, or when guests are staying. Electric Radiators Direct delivered swiftly and efficiently, and on the odd occasion I've rung customer services, they have been extremely helpful. I would recommend highly!

Guy who answered was friendly, a technical expert, and helped me make the choice.Best of all, he told me to spend less than I'd proposed; said I didnt need the higher spec model for what I had in mind. Always love it when someone is that honest with you.Product arrived on time, very well protected in its packaging, and was easy to install. Quality of the product was excellent - warms the space quickly, none of the smell you associate with old-fashioned electric radiators, and is easy to programme. Looks OK too.Have already recommended them to a friend.
