Bought a spa, top notch service, delivered as promised, brilliant value for money. Super customer service.

I ordered a Samsung washing machine online.It was delivered with on problems or issues. It took a week longer than expected.

Recently had two Bridgestone tyres fitted at Costco Leicester. Excellent price as they had special offer on. If you are planning to do the same make sure you take picture of your alloy wheels before you hand over your keys.One of my alloys which I am 100% sure had no scratches was scuffed during installation. When collecting keys I did notice on the from that said there was scratches on the wheel. When questioned I was told it was only to cover their own backside!!When I got back to the car lo and behold there was damage and how could I prove that they had done it with no photo evidence. Now cheaper tyres are not so cheap as I have to have my 19" alloy wheel repaired!That is why I say make sure you take a snap beforehand.I have been a member of Costco since they launched in the UK and I must say I have always been happy with the service until now.

Such a shame that theyre delivery is not good enough as I've always liked the range of products.

Since Joining when our local branch was nearing completion (just before it opened) we have always had ten star service the opticians treated my elderly mother as if she was the only customer not some old person in a wheelchair put her at ease and her new glasses arrived in under seven days (three weeks with her old optician).The car park is well laid out with the disabled bays undercover no more carer getting soaked and if you report a none badge holder abusing the bays the staff deal with it (local supermarkets can't be bothered) Being about ten minutes walk go in and get freshly made sandwiches every so often always greeted with a smile

I have an online account & I must say that the range of products and prices are exceptional. The hampers are extremely good quality along with Jimmy’s turkeys. I have re ordered quite a few things and I have had a delivery today. I cannot praise Costco enough and they are very competitive and provide great customer service.

Ordered a new washing machine online and delivery was reasonably quick and friendly / helpful. I forgot to add the recycling service (entirely my fault) but it is a good price at under £15.The day the washing machine was delivered there was a promotional offer on the machine. Costco have a 30 day price adjustment policy, you go online and add the details, I was refunded the price difference new day.Great service

Had two tyres replaced today. Fantastic service. Very friendly staff members. You can tell they take great care with their work from looking through the warehouse windows. Thanks, guys. The only slight issue I had is that it was a lot slower than expected, but when I saw the care taken in their work, it didn't bother me as much.
