Have used for the last 10 years and never had a problem. Great service and very reasonable price.

Have used them several times in the last couple of years and would highly recommend them. The process is very simple and the service is fast and efficient.

Service OK in terms of dropping off car, also collection after holiday. However, be aware, you need to factor in extra time - this parking is really quite a way from the airport. Not sure how far, but I'd say 15 minutes and perhaps longer if there's traffic. For the sake of paying another £10, I'd book the long-stay Gatwick parking next time, for sure. Also, we arrived in a spanking clean car - it was unusually dirty on our return. Strange ...

Never had a problem with this firm always quick to depart and pickup from airport. consistently busy so sometimes a 15 minute wait is not that bad for the bus and never had damage on my car so I find some review on here hard to believe it is a good Business That I always use

The price was very reasonable to some that we've paid in the past and the service was very good. Clear instructions on how to get there, smooth checking in procedure and prompt ride to the terminal. Their motto is parking with a smile and the man who took us there was very cheerful. Unfortunately the guy who picked us up was quite miserable and didn't even open the large sliding door to let us out, just went straight to the rear doors to get the luggage out with a scowl on his face but anyway, I would certainly use them again.

Had absolutely no problem with these, Our car was still in one piece so no complaints, They were quick to take us to and collect us from Gatwick .

We had to return home early due to a death in the family. Copthorne parking gave us a refund for the week we did not use, They were very helpful and quick in their response. Highly recommended and thank you John for sorting this out for us.

I was told to call them for a pick up when I was leaving the airport, which I did. I was picked up 35 minutes later. I would advise anyone using Cophall Parking to call as soon as the plane lands. Three mini buses came & went while I was there, but my name was not on the list.

Have only used this car park once but was really happy with it. No problems with dropping off the car and the shuttle was ready to take us to the airport as soon as we were ready. It does take about 10 minutes to get from the car park to North Terminal, but I don’t see why this should cause any problems if you’ve factored that in.I was nervous about returning to pick up the car because our plane landed at 2.30am and I had read other reviews saying that they had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up, which is the last thing you want at that time of night when you’re tired and have 3 hours driving ahead of you. However, I was really impressed with the service we got upon our arrival back at Gatwick.I rang the number we were given when we had picked up our luggage and to my surprise the lady said there was already a minibus on the way for us. Sure enough, when we got to the bus stop, there was a minibus ready and waiting to pick us up.No problems with the car on pick up. The odometer showed it had been driven half a mile which seems very reasonable to me.Would definitely use again.

Not so pleased with service. Had to wait 1 hour to be collected from Gatwick, after making 2 telephone calls. Not even an apology for the delay, which might have made a difference to this review.
