Just received my first order from Boden, lovely little yellow and white tea dress, just can't wait for my other bits to come(I wanted to order one thing first to check my size and the quality of the goods).I haven't been disappointed.Once lockdown is over and even if we are social distancing the dress is going on! Quick delivery!

I simply love Boden. Their clothes are well made and reasonably priced (especially if you make use of discount codes, offers etc which they often have on). I really like their Instagram page. Their customer service is outstanding. I have never had an issue that they haven't been able to resolve. They really deserve high praise for this and as a result they will have my loyalty and continued business for years to come.If I had one piece of feedback it would be to use models with a variety of body types in your catalogues as it gets a bit dull seeing skinny lady after skinny lady and doesn't reflect the true, diverse population :) you already do it on Instagram, why not do it in your catalogues as well?Everything else about Boden I just love.

Excellent service ,well made ,beautiful , bright cheery clothing, offering a variety of sizes for tall or petite people.and regular discounts. Never has an issue with returns.As with many companies ATM delivery may be a bit longer, but the wait is worth it.A little cheer in all the chaos ,doing their bit for the NHS as well.Thanks Jonny and your team

i had ordered twice from Boden and parcels never arrived. All down to the fault of Hermes, dreadful company. Boden were very helpful and lo and behold the 2nd parcel arrived thrown over our gate and empty!! Hermes again. Boden refunded without hesitation. I cant fault the customer service. I would love to order but at the moment , covid, they only use Hermes , I cant face the nonsense they talk anymore, they are stupid beyond stupid so....

Love to shop at Boden, especially when discount , sales and birthday voucher. How I’m wanting to order things at moment with 20% off also have a 10 pound voucher wish doesn’t seem to allow me to use? Regards mandy

I have just received my midnight blue long sleeve velvet dress-perfect and very classy. This is the second time I have bought from Boden and very impressed. The colours are true to what is displayed and as I am a 10R the sizing is right on. I also love that the packaging came beautifully wrapped almost like a present-very stylie compared with other online retailers. I purchased this from NZ and it was 10 days from placing order to hanging on my wardrobe-so excellent service. As we are in the middle of Summer in NZ , I look forward to adorning the bod in a few months when the Autumn/Winter weather approaches.

I have been a customer for many years. The clothes are a bit pricey but usually last for a long time and keep their shape well. What keeps me loyal though is the level of customer service. I rarely have to contact them but, when I do, they go above and beyond to solve any problems. I used to be a complaint manager so I'm quite a harsh judge but have never yet been able to find fault with the service I've had from Boden. The fact that they always send me a little gift voucher on my birthday helps too!

I bought a fantastic T-shirt for my 4 year old son as well as a lovely blue jumper for my 8 year old. I ordered it, it was dispatched same day and delivered the day after - all for the standard p&p! Don't know if I was lucky. Quality of clothes is always 100%, they're well made and wash well.

Great clothing company, British, for all the family. Designs good; fabrics high quality, and garments are well made.Prices are on the high side but they often have discount offers and exchanges or refunds are made without quibble and acted upon promptly. Boden is a company you can trust, in my experience.

Iconic British brand offering consistently high standard quirky and stylish clothes. Customer service second to none. Other brands could learn a great deal from the Boden business model. Go Johnnie.

Just received my beautiful velvet dress, delivered very quickly, beautifully packaged and wrapped, arrived crease free on a hanger. The fit is perfect and the fabric is sumptuous. I had searched high and low for a velvet dress to wear for a special winter wedding. Thank you .

I LOVE Boden! Their fabrics are very good quality and there is such a great range of fabrics! Moreover I have never found before such an acurate measurements description in other shops for each garment. You know exactly what you're buying! Plus delivery is so quick. Whatever I have ordered from Boden I always received it 3 days after from Hermes. I had also a few returns/exchanges and there was no problem at all with them. Just as quick as buying. It's such a comfort in shopping with Boden!
