First time I've used these and I must say I'm very impressed..I've struggled to get a certain kitten food so I went online and found this gem. They had what I wanted and it arrived in unbelievably fast.Excellent service

This is the first time I have used Bitiba . I have been very impressed with the service from start to finish , I was a little cautious to use this business as I had not heard of them before. The dog food I wanted for my puppy was not only a lot cheaper, but I qualified for free delivery & it came the next day. All items ordered were received & packaged well. An excellent service , especially during COV19 crisis. I will definitely use you again & I would highly recommend you as a business

The prices are really impressive, but unfortunately on my first and only order delivery has let them down.Item number 1 - didn’t arrive on the day it was meant to, arrived the day after, I spoke to Yodel via my ring doorbell but they wouldn’t leave it, Re-arranged redelivery the next day- all of a sudden I find out it has been returned to sender with no explanation. Item number 2 Bitiba resent the item, it arrived a few days later- smashed and unusable. I am now getting desperate for the item.. they first say they will send the replacement part which will take 3-4 weeks, then say they will just resend the full item (cage) ASAP.Item number 3, I’ve now had an e-mail to say my order is delayed! My first experience may be my last I think!

WOW what service. I first heard of this company yesterday and being very impressed with the cost of their cat food prices I decided to take the plunge and order some. Everything went through quickly and the order was delivered the very next day and even received a 2 hours time slot.I for one will definately be using this company again and I cannot speak high enough for the excellent service I received. Highly recommended.

Very quick delivery - ordered an item at the weekend and was delivered on Tuesday. Fantastic order updates received throughout the process, will be using this site again and recommending to my friends and family.I was apprehensive about using them at first as never heard of the website and the cat tree I was buying was much cheaper than everywhere else on line but I'm glad I took the risk as couldn't be happier!For those concerned, I recommend paying via PayPal so you have the additional comfort but you honestly won't have any reason to worry

Excellent service and products were delivered the next day. If you spend over £45 you get free delivery which adds to the value for money.I will be using them from now on. They also have great range of products.

I have been ordering my dog food and natural treats, from Bitiba, for three years now. Always found the ordering process easy, efficient, with a speedy delivery but even I was surprised when my order placed on Friday, arrived on Monday.Very competitive prices, too.

No problems with ordering and wow excellent fast delivery considering current situations with the covid stuff going on. Ordered yesterday and arrived today via yodel. Only just discovered bitiba its my 3rd very positive order and will be using them again and again. I buy cat food and cat litter from here by the way.

I may have just been lucky but I have had no problems with the company. My dog needs specialist food because of pancreatic problems, it is over a pound a can cheaper than at the vets. I have been able to track the delivery of my parcel and it has taken just two days from order to arrival. I am certainly impressed and I have a happy, healthy dog. Thank you Bitiba.
