Ordered a few things on Wednesday. They arrived today. As in Friday by the way! Arrived exactly as described. The trousers and shoes fit very well. Will use again without a doubt.

The market is awash with corporate workwear guys that will embroider your latest corporate gear. BUT, these guys are the real deal. Well priced, nothing is a problem, extremely responsive personal service that doesn't keep you wanting. They want to get it right. I cant recommend them enough. It took me ages to find a retailer, in Europe (that wasn't B2B only), that held the items I wanted.It turned out that bestworkwear had most of the things, but I was still hesitating with my purchase.I finally decided to contact them via facebook, during the weekend, and got a message early Monday

I have had an issue with a pair of Wellington boots that have leaked. Called and spoke to Amy in customer services who has sorted my problem out in a most proffesional and superb manner. First class service.

Accidently ordered the wrong size boots, after using Google to find what size I thought I need (Google were two sizes out), returning them for the correct size, could not have been any easier and they had the correct size to me quickly. A UK based company that is a pleasure to do bussiness with.

They sell a really good selection of relaxed jeans, I ordered 3 pairs for my husband in the hope that at least one pair would be ok, buying jeans online is normally disappointing, but it turns out that all 3 pairs are perfect. The delivery was quick, communication for delivery was spot on and I have absolutely nothing to return. I have to say a big thank you to Best Work Wear, happy husband, the selection, pictures and sizing were represented accurately, and they're all absolutely ideal. I've already recommended the site to friends on the back of previous orders and after this order and will definitely continue to do so. Prices and selection are better than anywhere else I have ever found. This site is always going to the the first point of call for men's relaxed jeans, please keep it up!

I would really recommend this company. Everyone on the customer service team went above and beyond for our order which was a rushed one and all was delivered in perfect condition and on time. They even part-shipped the items that didn't get to them soon enough to be customised so we had the essentials on hand in advance and offered to ship directly to the venue. Having used other companies before for uniforms, these guys were brilliant with sending proofs, giving updates on shipping and actually being available over the phone to talk to about any issues. Very grateful for 5-star customer service and excellent product quality. Will definitely use again!

The service is very good when ordering or returning. There is some room for improvement. The minimum spend should be reduced to 60 pounds for free delivery. The variety of products is vast but I wanted to buy someone in need of more orthopaedic safety shoes with wider feet and other problems. This company should look into investigating the opportunity in providing such as service. The customer service in general is quite slow but you get there in the end. The website seems old fashioned for the current times that images should be shown 360 degrees angles and in close up detail.
