Ordered a Hankook battery for my sons Mini One on Wednesday sent confirmation and selected DHL for delivery - advised in the Morning item was out for delivery and was able to amend to have it left in a safe place as I wasn’t going to be in - Changed battery Today and works as expected perfectly - great service and price Thanks

I last bought a new battery 6 years ago, from Battery Megastore, and although it is still working perfectly and holding its charge I decided I ought to replace it before the onset of winter. I wanted the same battery as before and found it with a bit of searching the website - for some reason the number plate search did not include it in the list of recommendations - and in less than 24 hours I was installing it.Excellent service at an unbeatable price and I would highly recommend Megastore and Varta batteries.

In a very competitive market sector , with profit margins not as affluent as other areas of the leisure industry and motor trade , it’s rare to find a business with ethics centred around customer support in the current social climate.I’ve bought batteries for yachts from Battery Megastore for many years now , never had a problem with the quality of the batteries as they only sell brands they can support should a problem occur .My current yacht carries an AGM starter battery for the diesel inboard engine that sits unused month after month but never once refuses to recharge .It rarely drops voltage through being unattended and that’s the peace of mind you get when you buy from an agent who picks carefully the products they sell in a market flooded with cheaper options , and the lack of profit or ethic to give a good customer support service when it goes wrong .Battery Megastore have helped me this month immensely with a very expensive and usually extremely reliable yacht charger from Victron Energy.It had a fault but as I’d refitted the yacht over the last three years I only installed the charger this season , two years almost into the 5 year manufacturer warranty!George Woodley at Battery Megastore courteously acknowledged my email asking their advice as to what the options were and I returned it for testing , along with photos supporting my co cents of what I THOUGHT might be wrong .They’re the specialists after all not me , and it’s an outdated adage to think the customer is always right too , sometimes we need educating for our best interest .Several emails passed back and forth between myself and George and every one left me knowing I’d chosen the right company for my battery needs and associated accessories!George handled this very swiftly , very courteously and in a friendly manner I’m unused to finding when years after a purchase you discover a fault .They clearly have a great working relationship with their suppliers as tomorrow my brand new replacement arrives , not my original one repaired under the terms of the manufacturer warranty either , so when a company takes the trouble to ensure they can support you , or me , as their customer in the best way possible , not just knock a few quid off the MRRP and take your money as so many other companies do , why on earth would you shop elsewhere ?My thanks to you all George , I’m happy to save up for the right purchase , but you can’t buy trust it’s earned .You and your team of colleagues definitely have my trust bless you and I’m happy to recommend your business to everyone .A warranty is only worth the paper it’s written on until you need help , THEN we find out what we’ve bought into .I couldn’t be happier having found old fashioned honest integrity in a customer satisfaction centred supplier and it’s credit to you all at Battery Megastore.Many thanks Mark Hind ( Fowey )

Amazing! I have massive anxiety with regards to cars and no idea what i needed apart from knowing i needed a new battery! Not being able to find my car using the reg plate, i emailed the company with a please help email! These guys were great several prompt replies, and i now know what im going. Battery prices were great and a real range of products! Second time i’ve used them and I would use them again! Thank you
