Car wouldn't start at home so made a fairly quick call to the helpful operator and a mechanic was sent to us promptly who had the car running in no time. Really good value cover. Just purchased for another year.

I have been with Auto Aid for years after been highly recommend by Martin Lewis Moneysavingexpert. I have broken down on a few occassions & cant fault the service. I like the fact that it covers me & not the vehicle as my last breakdown was with my motorcycle & I had to wait a while but it was because they sent for a specialist motorcycle revovery vehicle. I personally will continue to use them.

I've always received excellent service from Autoaid, from their call centre to the recovery guys they send out. It's great value for money, they keep in contact, and call you afterwards to check you're ok. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Only been with this company for a year and had to use their services yesterday. Very positive experience. Operator on the phone efficient and friendly. Text came through with recovery info and eta. It was due in an hour and arrived with 10 minutes. Very happy. All sorted with minimum fuss. Very glad I changed to this company. Thank you.

My clutch went one evening- towed home within 40 minutes. Excellent communication throughout. I then needed to arrange a tow to the dealer as the car was still under warranty. Dealer couldn't fit me in for two weeks, but Autoaid transported me again without a quibble. So impressed- I have just renewed for another year.

absolutely brilliant. The gears and clutch on my camper van went haywire, just managed to pull off roundabout. could not get any gears and when I tried to start the engine the van kangarooed. Called autoaid details and location verified . ETA was 1 hour. They rang back a few minutes later to say the lowloader was on its way. Had a little trouble finding me due to my poor directions but Sam at Autoaid kept in contact throughout. Soon arrived and and took me home. A big thank you. The best service I have received from any breakdown company including RAC and Greenflag Highly recommend

Was unsure initially about using a low cost service but purchased on the basis something was better than nothing and the RAC was trying to screw me over on renewal price. Anyway a couple of day ago the car broke down 100 miles away from home and had no choice to give autoaid a call. If I am completely honest I did think 2 hours to get someone too me was a long time, but the fact they lifted my car and drove took me the 100 miles home was reassuring. There was a couple of different tow trucks involved and a swap over location and I was informed by autoaid by a phone call and text at every step. All in all would like to say thanks to autoaid.

Love this company! Reasonably priced and simply call the breakdown company closest to you. Used them 3 or 4 times over approx 4 years, at all times of day, and always been treated well. Used to have to pay up front and them claim back - was always repaid promptly. Thank you AutoAid.

Having had problems with both AA and RAC I tried Autoaid for the first time last year. I had a breakdown on a Sunday afternoon and the recovery was there within an hour. Unfortunately the truck wasn't big enough for my car so another one was called. He was there in 15 minutes. I could not be more pleased with Autoaids response.

Been with Bonnington/AutoAid a lifetime (recommended by colleague) & recommended to anyone and everyone for price and service. Three times I’ve had to call out - exemplary, most recent three weeks ago. Broke down on a busy roundabout, call answered in seconds, rescue arrived in 25mins. HOWEVER my daughter’s renewing car insurance June .. in Jan I paid £43 and yesterday she was quoted £75 for equivalent cover!?! Revisited the website - huge hike in price and a different company name if you want U.K. coverage/home start. Sad to see the demise of outstanding value-for-money service.
