Just bought a TV & Washer from RGB…

Just bought a TV & Washer from RGB started online but decided to call..... Really glad I did got really good service from Kam he was super helpful & did an even better deal after he realised an item was out of stock & upgraded for same price.Not heard of RGB before internet search.....But would thoroughly recommend using them.

All's well that ends well!

I ordered my tv on 11th March and it arrived quickly, but was faulty. After no response to 4 emails and 2 phone calls, I was contacted by Jas who promised to put things right. He offered a full apology and I now have a working tv, so I am happy. If you are unlucky enough to have a problem, be sure to speak to Jas - not all the team are as helpful.

I was given very good service by Yasin Seth. He kept me informed at each step of the process. The big disappointment was that Rgb had to postpone my original delivery and installation date. Owing to the lock-down, this resulted in the machine being delivered but not installed. It is sitting in the garage awaiting the end of lock-down

Excellent customer service, with the lockdown Covid-19 I was advised my delivery could take up to 7-10 days. Yasin from RGB contacted me and was able to arrange delivery of my washing machine within a couple of days. The delivery was prompt. Great customer service very polite and efficient staff. Keep up the good work!

After having to reluctantly post an adverse review yesterday due to 2 phone calls and 4 emails having elicited no response, I have today been contacted by a very helpful gentleman called Jas. Really pleased that I approached RGB…

Really pleased that I approached RGB Direct to help me with my COVID-19 lockdown emergency. Unable to source the TV I so desperately needed urgently for my sister who has disabilities, including from RGB Direct as well. The Sales Executive Mr. Yasin Seth went beyond the call of duty and secured me a larger TV screen of the same model at a discounted price.
