Some men’s clothing does not last very long

Ordered items for my Mum on the 19th June and delivered today (25thJune) goods were as described and the Hermes driver arrived within timescale and was very polite. Considering the COVID situation this was very good.

Recommended by a neighbour - excellent, helpful garage run by extremely friendly mechanic. Remembered what I has said on the phone and fixed problem immediately. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ordered a dress for a wedding.love it fits so nice and feels great.

I do most of my daughters clothes shopping at the store. The staff are helpful & help me find or look something i can't find. The only thing i could suggest is that you have a store card like other shops, it's good that you have vouchers, but they some times run out before i need more stuff

So sad to see my local peacocks is closing down, customers are clearly giving the staff a hard time (as if dealing with COVID / closing down wasn’t hard enough) the staff in my local store have always been amazing - fingers crossed we don’t loose you

Returns policy is simple ( and in line with other high street retailers, and is totally legal as all policies have to be passed by trading standards). On the bottom of your reciept it states you have 14 days to either exchange or refund ( the actual last date of returning is printed on your receipt) there are, or should be, notices at the till also telling you this. This 14 day policy has been in effect for a year now. You will need your receipt to do either. If your items where bought between 9th March and 22nd of March, your receipt is valid for up to 14 days after the store opens. E.g. if your local store opens on 1st September you have until the 14th to exchange or refund with a till receipt. Fitting rooms are closed due to government guidelines and the handling of stock is discouraged due to stock having to go into "quarantine" for 48 hrs if done so. Hope this clears up any misunderstandings of refunds and exchanges.

I received a light blue faded jeans straight fit from online about less than a week ago. The pockets are small but it fits. The standard delivery was slow.

I visited the store in Cumbernauld and the customer service was outstanding!! The person who served me was so helpful and went above and beyond to get my item in the size I needed. Great to see that level of customer service still exsists

Their clothing is ridiculously small made! I've made a few online orders and not had any problem with delivery (although the notification texts are hilariously delayed. Today my order was delivered by Yodel(why must you use yodel!?) and shorty after got a text from Peacocks telling me my package would be with me before 9pm..).I love the clothes..but they are really not true to size! I need to go up by two sizes! The fact I have to pay to return things is crazy..so I'll be going in-store tomorrow where *fingers crossed* I can find my size in the lovely dress I was excited to wear.
