I had a long wait to speak to someone today. It was particularly difficult to find how to actually speak to a real person, I have previously tried email and the telephone number none of which worked. Today after a 2 hour wait I got to speak with Rahul, He was very understanding and after explaining my personal circumstances he has applied for a refund in my behalf. It would have been so lovely if I had had Rahul at the start of this journey into seeking a refund

Excellent air flight booking online: very easy choice of destination, round trip, dates, clear pricing, secure easy payment, and quick confirmation of booking.

It actually took me numerous attempts to book the flight. I could enter all the details but before I could get to the payment section it went "whoops something went wrong - retry or try new dates"This went on for a few weeks.However, alls well that ends well and I booked my flights yesterday!!!

The Agent was helpful in helping me to rebook my flight to Jamaica due to the Covid-19 cancelling my original flight. He took his time in finding the days I wanted to travel and return.Will be booking through Opodo again.
