Great laptop delivered in a timely manner considering the COViD-19 outbreak.Had an issue with the graphics card on receipt. Two calls to customer service made, both answered quickly by helpful staff.First fix was self help which did not resolve the problem. Second call provided remote support with fixed the problem quickly.Very happy with overall result.

I designed a PC for streaming 2 years ago with a strict budget that could do the job at the time with room for expansion in the future. We didn't use it often but during COVID its kept the company online with a nightly stream for hours with an incredibly janky set up for streaming that should not exist but this PC has handled it without breaking a set and I totally believe its because I could customize the PC to focus my budget on CPU.
