I'm changing my review, although I think Mioskincare needs to improve several things. For instance, on their website they could give the option of confirming the details before placing the order. Also, they ask for phone numbers, so it shouldn't be an issue to call when something is weird in an order. After chasing them for several days, through the live chat, FB and Twitter, they send a message through their website informing me they credited my account with the total amount of my purchase so I could place my order again. I will just add that the people in the live chat are not very helpful and rude. But the girls in social media were super nice, friendly and patient with me. I'm thankful because with the 'lockdown' it would be difficult to find other products around in stores. I hope now I can try the products next week and make a review about them. Thanks!

Tummy Rub Butter is an amazing product. I used it during my pregnancy and still using it now after birth. I had my baby 10 days ago and my skin is extraodinarialy strong and compact. Compared to my first pregnancy where my skin was broken thin and limp. I wish I would have found this product also for my first bump.

Without the Keep Calm Nipple Balm I would not have been able to breastfeed and bond as long as I have - 17 months and still going! The main breastfeeding difficulties and discomfort are squashed and eliminated!Honestly this stuff is a god send and I keep re-ordering and would recommend to anyone!

I need someone to contact me urgently about my order. I paid a premium for delivery today and Hermes have advised there was an issue with the address - not specified what, nor is there any way for me to communicate with anyone to get this corrected for delivery today. I tried through various channels to speak to someone at Hermes or at Mio but always end up either with an automated response or an email with the offer to respond to me in 24 hours (or longer given the current situation). I did not pay a premium for this to then not be delivered without explaining why. Please contact me urgently to resolve this. Thanks.Update;I received a response on my Mio account asking me to provide any further info I could for the delivery which they forwarded on to Hermes. Thankfully the delivery was then made the following day, plus they refunded me the fast track delivery charge. Grateful they were able to resolve the issue quickly and looking forward to my friend enjoying the product.
