I ordered several lights - the stake lights are fantastic, however, the solar string lights were not as described on the website. I emailed customer service and have pointed out the description on the website is incorrect. As a result I received a phone call from a lovely lady from the company who apologised and explained that will not only rewrite the copy but also compensate me for the misunderstanding. A human being speaking to you goes a long way... well done Lights4Fun! Will definitely be purchasing more lights from you.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I had an issue with some solar lights that wouldn’t come on and left a bad review. Within hours I had a personalised email telling me they would send a new set and I didn’t have to return the faulty ones. This they did and the new set works perfectly. I’ll be buying some fairy lights soon for my son’s wedding so no guesses where I’ll be buying them from.

Excellent service. We lost the plug for our Christmas tree so I googled the type we wanted and Lights4fun came up. They had the exact plug we needed at a great price, I ordered early evening on a monday and received it on a Wednesday. Absolutely brilliant.I wasn't fully sure it was correct so only ordered one but we will defo order from here again.

Initial concerns over missing order now rectified. Lovely call from the company to explain delays. Unsure where the order is still but the company are working on a solution and will be getting the order to me as soon as they can.

Amazing customer service, my house Christmas lights have been up for 8 years, left outside all that time and have only just lost power to three of the strings out of the 8. I’ve also purchased the party pack of festoon lights, which have a two year warranty. Mine were 2 years and 4 months old, one string went out, and they still replaced it, no questions, no quibble, just fantastic customer service, as a gesture of good will! Wow - I now only purchase my light from Light4fun, I've have their battery operated candles for 4 years and still working! It’s like the old Fashioned quality values of Marks and Spencers with the convenience of an on line store (Obviously they only selling lighting) and they answer the phone too... love this company, 10 out of 10!
