Always use them for my parking always find them good value just used them again in January.

Like many others, my holiday was cancelled for May so I didn’t need my hotel & parking. As I’d booked a non flexible booking, I was expecting the worse but when searching Holiday Extra’s website for further information, I was pleasantly surprised when I found that they were providing holiday vouchers for these bookings and all I needed to do was complete a simple form. Whilst my voucher wasn’t received straight away as stated, the communication on what I needed to do if this was the case was very simple & clear, in fact their communication throughout has been excellentI have now received my voucher & at a time when some big brands are severely letting themselves down, Holiday Extras have been absolutely brilliant. Great service usually. I have used them for airport parking and all is usually fine. I've had to cancel a booking recently due to the Covid-19 issue and flights being cancelled. Refund was issued without any issues but the funds haven't reach my account yet. I will defo be using them in the future.

This is a delayed review for Airport Parking booked and used before the recent COVID troubles...Booked at price significantly cheaper than at the airport, and better than most other online advance bookings - including direct with the airport. My car was recognised by the barriers - both in and out - without issues and so it was a quick and smooth process.I had no problems nor any need to seek redress so my experience was a positive one.

Booked car parking for Doncaster airport which was easy to do, my holiday was cancelled due to the covid-19 out break, I totally forgot about the car parking, holiday extras contacted me to advise that I still had parking even though there were no flights leaving and they just extended to parking for 18 months, if they hadn’t been proactive I would have just lost the money.

During this covid thing we made bookings for our holiday. We had hassle from everywhere, people keeping our money and disgusting practices. I am a genuine reviewer and write only of my experience. In all of our dealing with Holiday extras we have received amazing service, during this tough time one lady stands out with understanding and gave commitment to help us, we booked a non refundable booking so, (actually not due a refund) then, (N-A) called us, we now have a voucher covering the cost in full. It makes a refreshing change to us, she worked hard to help us and came to us offering help. Thank you.

Issued a voucher for the full amount of my transfers with a 3 year validity. Quick efficient service. 4 stars because a cash refund was not an option. But will hopefully get to use the voucher when covid is over
