Ordered for next day delivery before 10:30am, the radiators arrived by 9:30am. The radiators are as described and very good. I rang with a question the day before, the representative was helpful and polite. I would use again.

Having identified exactly what we needed to replace our expiring heater we placed an order with Heater Shop. Cannot be sure to the minute but we were perhaps lucky to get free delivery within 24 hours.Packaging was brilliant with no chance of damage and installation was only a few hours later.Be sure of what you order and it will appear asap! Cannot imagine how any lower ratings would be possible if purchaser does not make a MISTAKE!

Used this company twice recently to purchase Creda radiators. First time wrong radiators sent in error, same brand but convector rather than oil filled. I couldn’t fault their handling of the error which was effortless and rectified instantly offering uplift and delivery of correct ones very quickly. Mistakes can happen it’s how they deal with them that is the sign of a good company. Technical advice also readily available and second order perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them they were polite and very helpful with good customer service regards error, a pleasure to deal with and products very well packaged.

Delivery was very prompt and I was notified in advance exactly when to expect it. I was given good advice on which heater would best meet my needs, and budget. I have not yet had it fitted so can't comment on how well it works, but was assured by phone that this is an excellent cost effective product.

Ordered an electric radiator which turned out to be too small for the job. I was able to return this unused for a refund, and order a bigger model instead. I found the service to be polite and accommodating. In addition, I have to say their packaging is exceptional, with the shipped radiators very well protected. A very pleasant shopping experience and will use again.
