I ordered a dyson air pure hot +cool, delivery should have been 48 hours with parcelforce I phoned Dyson on the 3rd day concerns to where my product was. Customer service was excellent they sent out another, through dpd and received it the next morning. Brilliant customer service. As for the product I've now used it for a week and it's amazing, my allery rhinitis has eased up that I no longer need antihistamines. The phone apps is really useful so I can see what's going on with the air quality. Everytime I open my back door it kicks out of auto and register the NO2 increase and cleans the air. This is an excellent product that definitely works as cleaning the air. It's a little noisy when on full blast but that's expected. In auto most you dont hear.

Easy to use site. Kept you updated from order to delivery. Extremely quick considering middle of Covid19 pandemic. Dyson is a name you can rely on. Actual initial product may seem expensive compared to other brands but you pay for quality. However spare parts and filters are more than reasonable priced, it's like now you are a Dyson member they value you and don't hike up spare parts. Enough rambling as you may guess can't rate Dyson high enough I wouldn't change now

Very easy to order direct from Dyson. Very fast delivery spot on time quoted. Love Dyson hoovers, they do exactly what they say abt thdm.

Had a Dyson for 13 years, and it was rock solid. As it finally gave up on us the other day, we brought a new small ball. My only complaint with it is that the handle feels a little weak, and flexes when navigating around objects. I have my doubts that it will last the same 13 years as the last one. But only time will tell.Aside from that, it is a great vacuum, and very quiet as well.

So far having only had time to use it once, it’s very very good.

Super service, next day delivery, value for money, great performance. What more could you ask for? Best decision to get a new Dyson over any other vacuum.

This review is because I did not have an engineer visit o was told a courier would pick up the vacuum just before this happened I was contacted by Dyson who told me they would send out the part. As at present I am in lockdown how do they expect me to fit the part myself I am a 77 year old lady !!

Incredibly quick service despite corona. Only complaint is that the stand and Dyson “hoover” unit were taped together so neither part would get lost. Seemed to be a good idea til I tried to wrangle my parcel through the front door! Each part was very heavy and together nearly impossible. Once through the door I separated the 2. Incredible amount of packaging too. But the Dyson arrived in perfect Condition. I love it! Did stairs beautifully. Used it 2 days running! Cobwebs are the next mission. Wish the upright and handheld models had inter changeable tools then it would be out if this world! Only reason I changed my Dyson slim was that I no longer wanted the cord!
