Really appreciate that they contacted me to remind me of cancelling my booking for an upcoming trip that will not take place due to the lockdown/travel restrictions. I had completely forgotten about it.Booking was easy and I will definitely re-book with them.

Easy to book and unfortunately just as easy to cancel. We like many others have had our trip in May cancelled. After one quick email to them they cancelled the booking and will be refunding monies in full and have offered 20% dis out against a future parking requirement. Well done.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANIE'S COMMUNICATION.

IN RESPONSE TO THE LAST PERSON TO PUT A REVEIW ON , KATIE, I TOO LOST £15 DUE TO ADMIN FEES, BUT WHEN I QUERIED IT THEY SAID WHEN WE REBOOK, WHICH WE WILL, THEY WILL ADJUST THE TOTAL SO WE WILL NOT LOSE OUT. HAPPY WITH THAT. THE COMPANY HAVE BEEN VERY PROMPT ON REPLYING TO EMAILS AND I WILL DEFINITLY BE USING THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE ALSO VERY WELL PRICED.

Excellent service despite current circumstances with Covid19
