I would like to thank Bitiba for the support shown to your already registered customers, when everyone went into panic buying. This fool (me) thought I could get normal supply when needed, having 3 dogs and 2 cats I order once every 2 months. My only luck was being a registered customer, and I managed to put my order through in 2 parts (I didn't want to risk items in my cart suddenly showing out of stock once I moved to the next screen!).Communication excellent. Good delivery time considering what the world is going through. I only didn't manage to secure food for my older dog with arthritis, am waiting on a message when it comes back into stock. Thank you for another excellent order supply. We pet owners know how much our furry family means to us :)

Horrendously let down by Yodel

Bitiba’s service, despatch times and prices are brilliant. Even their response to a complaint was timely and satisfactory. It’s just a shame that they’re horrendously let down by Yodel, who are so laughably poor I can’t imagine how they manage to stay in business. Two days in a row the driver’s excuse was that they “couldn’t access the property”. We live in an ungated house on a main road, and after the first failure we’d left detailed instructions with customer services to help the driver find us, since he clearly didn’t bother actually looking at the houses. After the second day of waiting for it, only to be told the same excuse again, customer services told us they could try to redeliver tomorrow, but after that it’d be sent to a depot, which we have no way of getting to as we don’t have a car, which is why I was ordering a bulky delivery online in the first place. It’s a real shame as I was delighted with the prices and products, but I won’t be ordering again. I didn’t think the poor reviews on here about delivery could be as bad as others reported. They really are.

Five stars x a million

Five stars x a million. Unbelievable quality of service. They exchange/refund without asking lots of questions. Prompt service with regard to answering calls, delivery and collection of unwanted items. Many, many others use Covid as an excuse for slowness/poor service/not answering calls. Would rather pay more and shop here rather than anywhere else. Absolutely incredible retailer.

Pros and cons

Pros and cons. Pros; prices are great, further discounts for bulk ordering. Cons; Poorly packaged, 30kg of dry cat food packed into a flimsy cardboard box along with a high sided plastic litter tray, with no padding or packing material, so litter tray arrived broken and unusable. Contacted customer services via Web as phone lines closed by the time my parcel was delivered. Message said a copy of the email had been sent to me..but it hasn't arrived 4 hours later so now I'm uncertain if they have my request for a replacement or refund. My initial 3 star rating will go up, or down, depending on how this is dealt with. Also, they use Yodel, with no choice of paying more for a proper courier (though my package did arrive on this occasion). Broken item not the fault of Yodel, but the fault of Bitiba who packed this badly**Update** upping my rating from 3* to 5*. Contacted Bitiba about the broken cat litter tray. Sent a photo in via their online web thing. They asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement. 3 days later the replacement has been delivered. Very quick and without debate. It's not always about the things that go wrong. It's about how you deal with the problems that really counts.
