Great customer service, delivering top quality products.Having trawled through around the internet, I eventually chose Nationwide Bathrooms, as they provided by far, the best quotation and delivery for all the items for my ensuite project. Thanks to Edward Dyson for his assistance and advice throughout.I don't dish out top marks to any company, however 10 out of 10 for Edward, a great asset for the company. I can't comment on the companies return policy as everything ordered arrived undamaged. One minor issue with an incorrect component contained within a multi part kit, eventually resolved, again many thanks to Edward.

My experience on a large bathroom order (nearly 9k) was great from Ed. Although the delivery arrived in two parts and out of 20 items only 1 was missing, the service and savings was great. I originally chose my products via another supplier, but the price was beyond reason, so I called nationwide bathrooms to see if they could better the quote, better it they did by a whooping 40%!! Happy happy days. Although one item was missing from the delivery, found out 2 weeks after the delivery when the bathroom was being installed the no quibble service was fabulous, I spoke to Ed again and he spoke with the supplier who confirmed it was missing and it should be here by Friday. I'm Hoping they can help with my kitchen too! Great service, great price. Thank you Ed!

I ordered an Ideal Standard Bathroom from Nationwide bathrooms as a friend in the building trade recommended them. I ordered online easily and the items were very reasonably priced. The shower tray I ordered was not available for a couple of weeks and I needed to change another item in my order.I would use Nationwide again.

Edward Dyson was exceptionally helpful. Over the course of four days and numerous emails he researched everything we needed for our entire bathroom project and when we hit a snag he cheerfully did it all over again with another brand. The order was finally placed on a Monday morning and such was his unflagging enthusiasm for my project that he set my week off to a great start. I can't thank him enough for his help on this and will go nowhere else when we do the next bathroom later this spring.
