I have found this difficult and even now having paid I do not have a label to print off. Now all resolved and completely satisfied.

Everything was as promised with no problems whaatsoever.

Our local Hermes driver is brilliant. Really appreciated continued service at this time. The company also has good automatic communications set up so a delivery time window is given then amended if necessary.

This was my first time by using this through a order I make and can I say I was quite disappointed I am Aware of the covid 19 however it's misleading when it states order received to my address and nothing never came then it stated how someone has signed it and it's with someone baring in mind that was un true luckily through Facebook were I made my order through a lady said she will track my order however luckily she manage to help me and from there onwards I received my order which was late during these times they don't leave a note or anything which I found is very bad and unorganized especially were it states they left my order with someone which was un true then luckily received another email stating it's on its away luckily I'm happy I finally received my order just be aware that if your not in they don't leave a note and a neighbour won't sign it
