Ordered a Mountfield mower on Thursday night, Friday morning recieved confirmation and tracking number and arrived yesterday for midday, Brilliant service, Thankyou

Mow Direct have provided a first class service.After establishing the mower that I wanted I looked at several web sites and found that MowDirect were the cheapest.My online order was acknowledged quickly along with payment confirmation. It was indicated that delivery could be within the week but in fact it arrived the next day.

I placed an order in the evening and received confirmation and shipping details by 8pm, incredible service. I then received my order and included in the parts was an item not shown in the manufactuers manual, I asked what it was and received prompt answer by return. I cannot fault the service from MowDirect and woudl recommned them .

Excellent service, ordered a Mountfield Rider R28M Petrol Ride-on Lawnmower which is rather a large mower. Order placed on the 6th March and immediate confirmation of the order with a 4-7 day delivery time. Given this was ordered prior to the public holiday I knew it would not be with me until the end of this week. Received an email today that a courier would make the delivery in 1-2 working days which was fantastic, then, about 30 minutes later a knock on my door from a gentleman delivering the ride-on mower.Cannot fault these guys at all and even more so during these testing times, brilliant service, brilliant communication, highly recommended

I ordered their cheapest electric rotavator, the Racing 750ET, in the middle of the COVID lockdown. It took a bit longer to arrive than they said, but delivery dates for every company are all over the place at the moment and I didn't mind.The rotavator works brilliantly, i wasn't expecting anything near as powerful or well built for the money, it tore through very hard clay and saved me days of work.Only problem is that it didn't have a power cable, which should have been a European type (It did come with a European to UK adaptor). I couldn't get through on the phone and I needed it quickly so I ordered it from RS. When Sally at Mow Direct contacted me to check everything was okay, she said to send her the invoice for the power cable and they gave me a refund within an hour.For the current situation, I can't really fault these guys.

Purchased Oleo-Mac G53-TK Comfort 3-in-1 Petrol Self-Propelled Lawn Mower . Was delivered very fast and in good order.Mower is very good and a lot easier than using Hayter which was far too heavy and only an assist for self propulsion. The new mower is much better, lighter and doesn’t leak grass from the box unlike others

I have bought several pieces of equipment from MowDirect in the past. I have found them great and helpful to deal with. I don't doubt a better deal can be found out there on the internet saving yourself £10 or so, but what makes dealing with MowDirect worthwhile is their after sale care.I had a starting issue with my new mower, only used it once and it refused to start. Not best pleased I called MowDirect and Ben (extremely helpful) took me through a few step to check things... Turns out dirty fuel I put in...... I can't recommend this company enough reliable and help....

MowDirect has excellent customer service. I ordered a lawn tractor in the middle of the Coronavirus lockdown, and the company delivered. Sally-Anne in customer service was excellent, very responsive, keeping me informed of progress. Despite working in challenging times, I was very impressed by the way she (and the company) have managed my order. To this end, I have since ordered more products that were promptly delivered.

They did well to get the mower to me in difficult circumstances but the accessory I ordered at the same time was not in the box.Sally was very helpful and I now have it. My new Einhell GC-PM 52 SHW 5-in-1 Hi-Wheel Self-Propelled Petrol Lawn Moweris great. It is sturdily made,Starts easily and mows well. It is easier to use than the £1000 one it replaces.

This the second machine I have bought from MowDirect and as before was delivered on time which is excellent considering the restrictions with Covid 19,put oil and fuel into scarifier and it started first time!Extremely satisfied .Bill Somerville.

I really didn't expect next day delivery as usually promised in normal circumstances, however in these difficult times it took only a little longer. Product delivered undamaged and left contact free (covid conditions). Can't expect more in these difficult times. Good product, good service.
